    Family systems are complex machines with parts that have been influencing each other for years—sometimes generations. Family therapy brings these invisible patterns into the light where they can be understood and adjusted. 

    This is especially true for the kind of clients I work with — the strivers, the athletes, and those who want more. For the people who are already doing so much, it can be a huge relief to have me create a space where everyone's perspective matters while maintaining clear boundaries that keep the conversations safe and productive.

    Family work is a space where people can be safe, together, sometimes for the first time. We'll identify the cycles that keep your family stuck, build communication that actually resolves issues rather than recycling them, and develop strategies that work with your family's unique strengths. Whether navigating parent-child conflict, blended family challenges, or family transitions, we'll work to create a system where everyone can thrive without sacrificing authenticity.

Performance and Relationship Coaching

In addition to my therapy practice, I also offer coaching for mental performance in sport and/or navigating and improving  relationships. If you’re not as interested in a therapeutic deep dive, but still feel like I could help, coaching offers targeted intervention focused on concrete outcomes.

Integrating psychological principles and performance strategies, this approach bridges the gap between your professional or athletic excellence (or for my pro athletes, this means both!) and personal satisfaction. How to Get Started:

  1. Schedule a consultation call by reaching out to me here.

    We will spend about 20 minutes on Zoom covering what brings you to this work and see if it feels like the right fit.  I’m really open about my work - if you have any questions at all, this is a great time to ask. 

  2. Once we begin, we will get honest about where you have come from and embrace the strengths you have developed to help you get this far to propel you forward.

    We will look at and embrace how you really experience the world, how you see and feel it differently than those around you. In ways that make you human and lovable, and build up the courage that is already there to take on the scariest things in your life even if they turn out to be “your boss” or ‘ your wife”.

  3. We will work together to figure out what it is in your life —  on the inside or outside — you are ready to take action on. We can work to identify the things blocking you and pump oxygen into what is working for you.

    You are the one who decides which leaps to take — and when — but I will always be there with you in your process of healing, growth, and change.
